About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Escort residents to and from appointments, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Prepare meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy resident space, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores and promote mobility.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State CNA Certification.
  • Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid photo identification.
