Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering informative presentations about the animals and their habitats
  • Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors
  • Supporting our Save an Icon conservation initiative by promoting the program to guests and sharing its importance
  • Maintaining clean and sanitary vehicles and work areas, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think on your feet, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role or as a guide is preferred but not required. If you are passionate about wildlife conservation and enjoy working with people, we encourage you to apply.
