Job Title: Residential Therapist
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Therapist at Residential Opportunities, Inc. (ROI). As a Residential Therapist, you will work with individuals with disabilities in our Specialized Residential licensed group homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance with day-to-day needs and support individuals in developing life skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 25% of coursework in human behavioral science and meet the guidelines as a qualified social services worker per the BCAL regulations. Additionally, they should have excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills and demonstrate ability to appropriately communicate to families and support staff of children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to individuals with disabilities in our group homes.
- Develop or assist with the development of service plans in coordination with the MSW, family, board certified behavior analyst, and program supervisors.
- Implement behavioral protocols and behavior management intervention procedures based on the assessment and treatment plan.
- Transport, accompany, and participate in medical appointments of individuals served.
- Document all medical and service plan procedures according to licensing regulations and ROI standards.
Requirements:
- Meet guidelines as a qualified social services worker per the BCAL regulations.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 25% of coursework in human behavioral science.

- Demonstrate ability to appropriately communicate to families and support staff of children.
