We are seeking a skilled and respectful individual to join our team as a Training Plumber in our apprenticeship program.

Maurer and Kaupp is a highly sought-after partner for the construction of high-quality metal roofs, metal facades, and flat roofs. Our company, with 30 employees, combines a family-like work environment and flat hierarchies with the benefits of being part of the Maurer Group, a leading provider in the fields of bathroom and heating, energy, and building technology, offering security and stability.

In this 3.5-year apprenticeship, you will:

  • Develop your skills in cutting, bending, folding, and shaping metal sheets in our workshop.
  • Gain experience in professional installations on roofs and facades, testing for tightness in various weather conditions.
  • Learn about the materials used and corresponding connection techniques, such as folding, riveting, and gluing.
  • Improve your craftsmanship skills and learn to operate specialized tools and machinery.
  • Acquire a trade with a long tradition and become a roofer, sheet metal worker, or plumber, with many names for this profession.

You will attend ErichHauserGewerbeschule in Rottweil for the first two years of your apprenticeship.
