Qualifications & Skills:

Essential Experience and Credentials:

  • 15-20 years of pertinent experience in a CFO role or senior financial positions.
  • Demonstrated success in finance, accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM) services.
  • Primary responsibility for Finance, Accounting, and RCM services; secondary responsibility for Information Technology (IT) and Legal departments.
  • Preferred experience in Private Equity-backed organizations; ideally experienced in guiding a company through an exit process.
  • Experience with multi-site healthcare organizations; preferably managed entities with revenues around $50 million and operations across multiple states.
  • Experience in the dermatology sector is advantageous but not essential.

Educational Background:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Certification: While not required, CPA certification is preferred.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations within the healthcare industry; familiarity with healthcare insurance billing practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and capable of learning new software applications.
