Our training program is designed to ensure that all new hires become adept at performing all services offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpful solutions to customers' home improvement inquiries, engaging with them through their projects.
  • Assist in receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Welcome customers and guide them in finding everything they need to complete their projects efficiently.
  • Answer and manage all incoming calls and pages in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge to assist customers with store layout and product locations.
  • Handle pricing, stocking, marking, and bagging of merchandise.
  • Operate the cash register to finalize customer transactions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where time flies.
