Job Title: Bellman Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellman Associate to join our team at Ambassador Hotel Kansas City.

Job Summary:

The Bellman Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and receiving customers, parking guest cars, assisting with luggage and belongings, and providing transportation in the Company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parking guest vehicles and securing vehicles (as needed)
  • Directing traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrance
  • Securing taxis/transportation for guests/visitors
  • Assisting guests with luggage
  • Recording guest information on valet ticket and location/parking spot
  • Completing errands/deliveries for guests
  • Answering questions about hotel or restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Transports guests to various areas in Company vehicle within 5-mile radius of hotel
  • Providing gracious and professional service in an efficient manner
  • Performing all job duties toward goal of maximizing guest service
  • Conducting oneself in a professional manner with awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and uniform standards
  • Responding graciously to guest service issues and reporting situation to management
  • Remembering that safety is always first
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Must have a clear driving record
