At Blink, we're seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team as a Dashboard Specialist. As a key member of our Embedded practice, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to craft and optimize user experiences for dashboard views and target analysis. With a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design, particularly in creating dashboards and data-driven user interfaces, you'll be well-suited for this exciting opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UX design, including experience with user research, prototyping, and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. You'll also be skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and journey maps. As a compelling communicator, you'll effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure alignment between business objectives and design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards that allow for easy target analysis and data interpretation
  • Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights and understand requirements
  • Develop detailed user journeys to guide design decisions and optimize the overall user experience
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for various dashboard views and analysis interfaces
  • Present UX designs and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed to refine designs
