General Overview:

The Flooring Packager plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and safety. This position involves the operation of flooring line machinery, including profiling and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently operate all machinery related to the flooring production line.
2. Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
3. Utilize software systems to manage production processes effectively.
4. Identify and rectify potential quality issues to maintain high standards.
5. Assist maintenance teams with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in setting up and operating packaging machinery.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Familiarity with computer programs for order tracking and management.
• Ability to analyze production issues and document corrective actions.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and equipment installation.
