Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Teacher to join our team at Stratton Child Care Center. As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our year-round program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote learning and development
  • Establish and maintain a safe and nurturing environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care
  • Supervise and guide Teacher Assistants and Classroom Aides to ensure compliance with state regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 21 college credits in Early Education or a qualifying Associate's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center or as an Early Elementary Educator
