The Lewis Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at one of our vibrant residential communities.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic leader.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid supervisory history along with extensive expertise in various facets of residential upkeep, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Maintenance and Grounds personnel
- Comprehensive maintenance capabilities within the residential sector
- Proficiency in carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance installation and repair
- Preparing units for new residents
- Collaborating with the community manager and staff
- Conducting property inspections with the community manager
- Addressing maintenance needs of current residents
- Negotiating and managing relationships with external vendors
- Ensuring the upkeep of the leasing office and recreational facilities
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift and transport heavy items as necessary
- Frequent bending, stooping, and walking throughout the community
- Capability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders as required
- Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position begins at $33 or more, based on experience, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus and raises.

You will also receive over $700 worth of tools for your role, including uniforms, training, and additional resources.
