We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric ICU Nurse to join our Hospital at Home team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants and young children in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Pediatric ICU Nurse, you will work in a team-based environment to deliver skilled nursing care to clients at home. You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients and their families, providing education and training to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a current license as a Registered Nurse and at least one year of verifiable work experience as an RN. NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience is preferred.
