Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Teacher to lead a class of students at CUDDLES DAYCARE CENTER CORP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum to meet students' collective and individual needs.
  • Teach beginning reading and math skills, and assist children with developing social and emotional skills.
  • Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques to engage students and promote academic growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other school personnel to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess students' skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.
Requirements
  • Associate and state teaching certification.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
  • Problem-solving and mediation skills.
