This is a Part-Time opportunity with the potential for growth into a full-time role.
About the Role:
As a Hand Therapy Specialist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and therapy services. The position allows for a gradual transition to full-time hours as patient demand increases. This role also offers unique opportunities for lymphedema therapy.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $45.
- Eligibility for full-time status at 32 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide high-quality hand therapy services.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and facility staff.
- Stay informed on the latest Occupational Therapy research and apply Evidence-Based Practices.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program.
- Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy is required.
- National registration and state licensure are mandatory.
- Proven experience in custom splinting for pre and post-operative orthopedic care.
