About the Role

As a Cloud-Based Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects in a matrix organization, delivering cloud-based services and data solutions to dealers, and external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional projects to deliver cloud-based services and data solutions.
  • Develop and produce project management schedules.
  • Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.
  • Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision-making.
  • Monitor the progress of projects, discuss problems with affected areas, and ensure appropriate personnel are informed of problems and steps are in place to meet schedules.
  • Recommend possible solutions and alternatives.
Requirements
  • Master of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines with 8+ years of direct Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines with 10+ years of direct Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects, and successful completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department.
  • Strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Previous agile training (spring planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS).
  • Knowledge of Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
