The Resident Care Associate (RCA) plays a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
- Support all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure frequent checks on residents who are unable to call for help.
- Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned and maintain open communication with Nurse Supervisors/Charge Nurses to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
- Provide exceptional customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
- Assist clinical staff in making residents comfortable and assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- Education: High School / GED
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Licenses and Certifications: None Required
