Job Overview

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Infrastructure Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the operation, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and control systems in a GMP production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reliability Engineering: Assume responsibility for Reliability Engineering and periodic review of the Automation Systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • System Security: Oversee system security procedures, audit trail reviews, and system logs for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Changes: Design and implement support for functional and process changes in adherence to automation standards.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training on automation to other functional groups and author GMP design documentation.
  • System Administration: Undertake System Administration functions for all SCADA, Data Historians, and Engineering software applications.
  • Network Maintenance: Maintain manufacturing-level networks and process I/O's in a GMP manufacturing facility.
