About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishroom Team Member to join our team at DL Mack's. As a Dishroom Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing and sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
  • Clean and maintain the dishroom, including sweeping and mopping floors, and keeping the area organized.
  • Prepare kitchen for next shift by cleaning cook stations and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Assist with unloading and storing deliveries, and take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
  • Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
Key Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry within back of house restaurant areas.
  • Good organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of current basic regulations and safety standards.
