Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Marklund Day School. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior plans that support our students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional analysis assessments and develop behavior plans that address student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals to implement behavior plans and track student progress
  • Provide coaching and training to Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) and other staff members
  • Lead crisis teams and provide professional crisis management training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with supervisory endorsement
  • Experience working with students with multiple needs and autism
