Job Summary

Hill Country Fellowship Christian Academy is a unique educational setting where children develop a strong foundation in academics, social skills, and emotional intelligence, all while learning about the love of Jesus.

We are a Christian-based academy located within the Hill Country Fellowship church in Burnet, TX. Our operating hours are from 7:15 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Teachers work full-time schedules that fit within these hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and attention to children in the class.
  • Nurture and support the growth and development of infants.
  • Stay up-to-date with and implement minimum standards for early childhood education.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Effectively manage the classroom environment.
  • Approach each day with a positive attitude and a commitment to loving and caring for our students.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and move around for short periods.
