Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support participants with daily living tasks, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participants to engage in community activities and pursue their interests
  • Collaborate with participants, family members, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to participants
