Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Roanoke, VA. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week contract in our Progressive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
