Job Summary
The Patient Experience Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families at Shannon Health. Under general supervision, this individual performs a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our medical offices, including registering and pre-registering patients, assisting with insurance and account payment questions, and preparing deposits.
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a clerical or general office setting. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred, as is experience with cash handling.
Certification and Licensures
This position does not require any certification or licensures.
