The successful candidate will be responsible for performing interventional procedures, including lung biopsies, liver biopsies, and nephrostomy catheter placements, among others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional radiology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform interventional procedures, including:
    • Lung biopsies
    • Liver biopsies
    • Nephrostomy catheter placements
    • Percutaneous gastrostomy and gastrojejunostomy
    • Tunneled central venous catheter placements
    • Percutaneous cholecystostomy
    • PTC (percutaneous biliary drainages)
    • Lumbar puncture (LP)
    • Myelograms
    • Arthrograms
    • Paracentesis
    • Thoracentesis
    • Biopsies and FNA
    • Bone marrow biopsies
    • Abscess drainages
    • Pleurx chest and abdominal catheter placement
    • Port-a-cath placement
    • PICC and tunneled PICC placement
  • Perform interventional procedures (angiographic): GI bleed, trauma, etc.
  • Meet vaccine requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
