Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at AdaptHealth, LLC. This role is responsible for performing data entry in various applications, updating shipping information, and tracking orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into appropriate applications, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Shipping and Tracking: Monitor and update shipping information, track orders, and communicate with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Clerical Tasks: Complete general clerical tasks, including faxing, scanning, filing, and making phone calls.
  • Preparation and Labeling: Prepare shipping containers in advance and create labels as required.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications and software relevant to the role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
