Responsibilities- Conduct thorough functional assessments of patients to identify areas of improvement and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, including home and vocational needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Enter progress notes and maintain accurate department records to ensure timely and effective treatment.
- Supervise and train assistants in treatment procedures to ensure high-quality care.
- Revise treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current license in the state of practice.
- Experience working in a setting serving the same age/type of patient population.
- Certification, if applicable, and demonstrated competency in identified areas of specialization.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
