About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or licensed Therapist to receive daily patient assignments and carry out assignments in accordance with individualized patient plans of care. You will collect patient and family data and report findings to RN and/or licensed Therapist in a timely manner.

You will also assist in the communication of information to assigned patients, perform interventions and procedures as directed, and report to RN and/or licensed Therapist on various aspects of patient and family information. Additionally, you will advocate for patient care issues to ensure that overall quality and type of care is sensitive to each specific patient/family's needs.

Requirements
  • Valid State of Vermont Nursing Assistant License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance
  • Experienced or newly graduated LNA's welcome
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Weekend and holiday rotation required
