Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Generate and dispatch invoices efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor customer accounts to prevent overdue invoices and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Resolve billing issues and reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Post and allocate payments to customer accounts accurately, maintaining a clear and up-to-date record of transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain precise accounts receivable aging reports, providing valuable insights into customer payment patterns.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues and disputes effectively.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role is required.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel are essential.
  • Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles and a strong attention to detail are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are necessary to ensure the highest level of quality in all work.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when necessary is required.
