Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license.
- One year of relevant experience in acute care nursing, preferred.
