Senior Custodial Supervisor:- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least three years of experience in custodial services
- Experience in supervising custodial staff is preferred
- Performing general cleaning duties including scrubbing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal
- Overseeing, managing, and training custodial staff
- Utilizing cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols
- Following safety guidelines for cleaning, lifting, moving, and operating equipment
- Maintaining a documented custodial and housekeeping schedule
- Executing general custodial and preventative maintenance tasks
- Conducting minor repairs and troubleshooting of equipment as necessary
- Collaborating with team members to complete assignments
- Ensuring safety measures are in place during adverse weather conditions
- Leading the custodial team during weekends
- High school diploma is mandatory; custodial experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in Word and Outlook applications
- Ability to lift weights ranging from 25-50 pounds and climb ladders
- Engaging in lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting for extended periods, walking, talking, and hearing
- Close visual acuity for computer work and scanning tasks
- Disinfecting classroom furniture to promote a healthy learning atmosphere
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming corridors
- Emptying and cleaning ashtrays and cigarette receptacles
- Washing windows, stairs, and walls
- Removing snow during adverse weather conditions
