Job Summary

As a Pipe Welder at Twin Rivers Technologies, you will be responsible for performing pipe welding and fitting for stainless and carbon steel pipes. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting and repairing process piping and equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance on equipment within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding for stainless and carbon steel pipes under the direction of others.
  • Read and interpret work orders, flow sheets, blueprint drawings, vendor specs, and/or P&ID's to understand issues and determine required repairs.
  • Proficient in TIG welding, mig welding, and stick welding.
  • Perform all types of welding, brazing, and soldering repair, replace, and installation of stainless and carbon steel plate and pipe, aluminum, copper, and all other metals.
  • Proficient in using hand, power, and shop tools.
  • Process equipment assembly and installation.
  • Equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Pipe fitting rigging and equipment installation.
  • Assist with process equipment assembly and installation.
  • Perform lubrication on equipment as needed and directed.
  • Complete data entry into the work order system as required.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements

All candidates must take the following 6G tests as part of the interview process:

2" carbon steel tig root, tig cover

6" schedule 40, tig root, stick cover, 7018

2" stainless steel, tig root, tig cover


Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm

Guaranteed 40 hours per week
