Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team? We are seeking a Laser and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at 4th Axis Machine & Design, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and labeling of parts, and supporting our production team with material handling and inventory management.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and excellent communication skills. This role involves working closely with our production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality components and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and labeling of parts
  • Assist with laser processing, including engraving and cutting of metal or plastic parts
  • Support production team with material handling and inventory management
  • Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; background in manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
