Job Summary:

Parking Attendants at Propark Mobility are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience. This role involves directing patrons to parking spaces, issuing tickets, and processing transactions in accordance with company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct patrons to available parking spaces and provide clear instructions on parking procedures.
  • Issue tickets to customers, recording required information on each ticket, and process exception transactions in accordance with company policy.
  • Complete daily shift paperwork, including recording transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide Propark's standard of service to each customer, including maintaining a professional uniform appearance, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit.
  • Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by location management, and participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Available to work mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience (1+ year).
