The Administrative Operations Manager plays a vital role in implementing strategic objectives related to access, throughput, and workflow efficiency within the Rehabilitation department. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day activities and associated administrative and clinical tasks to promote effective operations.

As part of LifeBridge Health's mission to CARE BRAVELY for over 1 million patients annually, the successful candidate will contribute to the organization's vision by leading key initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a Master's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a similar field. The salary range for this position is $25.20-$54.87 per hour, based on experience.
