Job Title: Senior Civil Construction Estimator

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Civil Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for managing all documentation to ensure projects are compliant, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documentation to ensure compliance, schedule, and budget.
  • Obtain, assemble, distribute, and fill as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and lien releases.
  • Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company.
  • Track and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and actual costs.
  • Obtain and track subcontract bids and negotiate budgets.
  • Prepare and present estimate documentation, including gaps in available data.
  • Prepare estimates according to the requirements of multiple delivery systems. Review quotes and estimates with the project management team.
  • Assist with certain post-bid buyouts.
  • Initiate and participate in meet and greet presentations with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred.
  • 10+ years of heavy-civil construction estimating experience required.
  • Experience with conceptual estimating.
  • Ground up project knowledge and experience.
