ABA Therapist

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA-based therapy to individuals with neurodivergent conditions and behavior disorders.
Responsibilities:
Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
Working with clients & families to implement client treatment plan
Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Completed Required
Must be available Mon-Friday 3-8pm
Commit to a consistent schedule with clients
English fluency required, Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
Strong communication and documentation skills
An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
