Hospitality Specialist

Innovative Workforce Solution Ltd is seeking highly skilled Hospitality Specialists for our clients in the Food and Beverage industry in Malta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operational experiences.

This role involves welcoming customers, offering menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Advise customers on menu choices based on their preferences and day's specials
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages with a smile
• Receive payments and handle customer transactions
• Clean and maintain the restaurant area, including tables, bars, and counters
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. You must be fluent in English (B1/C2/C1) and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be located in Malta as we cannot consider applications from outside the island.
