Job Overview

Salary: $22 - $36 per hour

Are you an exceptional technician in the heating and cooling industry? FSI Oil & Propane is actively seeking skilled Service Technicians to enhance our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting preventive maintenance and urgent repairs on heating and cooling systems for residential clients.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation and being available for overtime as needed.
Essential Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid driver's license from Massachusetts or Connecticut.
  • A high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of relevant trade experience.
  • Must hold a Massachusetts Oil Burners License.
  • Preferred certifications include Oil Burners, LP Installers, or Gas Fitters.
  • Completion of relevant certificates from accredited institutions may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of residential heating systems.
  • Ability to utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Capability to lead troubleshooting efforts and emergency repairs.
  • Experience in developing and implementing maintenance programs.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills are preferred.
  • Must pass drug and background checks.

Job Type
