Parts Counterperson

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counterperson to join our team at Luther Park Place Motors. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

• Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery, and/or pick-up with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers on price quotes, payment processing, and credit authorization in a professional and courteous manner.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock, identifying and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Notify management of parts or shop materials that need immediate attention, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, with a high level of accuracy.
