Job Summary

Lillies Hands of Love LLC seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide top-notch patient care and support in our state-of-the-art facility.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care, focusing on dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Active CNA certification and high school diploma or equivalent.
  • First aid and CPR training, as well as knowledge of infection control procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits
  • An estimated salary range of $42,000 - $54,000 per year, based on experience.
