Porter

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at BrightView Landscapes. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our client's properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute site-level tasks on BrightView's client sites, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Keep the premises of BrightView's clients' grounds in clean and orderly condition, including light landscaping and trash removal.
• Assist the maintenance team with snow removal, as needed.
• Physically walk the property on a frequent basis to remove litter and debris.
• Clean and rake shrub areas, shovel mud when necessary, and use a blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean.
• Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, and other exterior features.
• Drive to designated areas in a company vehicle and pick up trash with trash grabbers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• May require a valid Driver's License.
