Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Sonoma's Best. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages, preparing food orders, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, teas, and other beverages to customers.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee shop, deli, and surrounding areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a variety of temperatures.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
