Lead Driver for Regional Dry Van Operations

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A truck driver to join our team as a Lead Driver for Regional Dry Van Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient transportation network.

About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary of $62,500 per year, which translates to approximately $1,250 per week, with opportunities for overtime pay. Additionally, you will receive $0.50 CPM + $12 per stop, as well as $0.08 per unit for touch freight. Our company also offers a $50 perfect load pay bonus.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of over-the-road experience and a valid CDL-A license. You must be able to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements and have a good driving record. Job Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • At least 6 months over-the-road experience
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period
  • Able to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements
