Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with finding products and services, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, and health and wellness products.
- Process prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager, including handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
