Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of emergency situations and provide basic first aid within the scope of care.
  • Disinfect and maintain cleanliness of EMS equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and casino areas to establish a security presence and report any unusual or hazardous situations.
  • Complete thorough documentation of all medical calls and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform routine checks of equipment and supplies, and notify supervisors of any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CPR/AED certification required.
  • One year of appropriate medical service experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations calmly.
  • Valid Motor Vehicle License with a good driving record.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to the general public and excessive noise. The employee must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, and have specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.

Employment Process

iCIMS Organic ZipApply's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include credit checks, criminal background checks, and drug screens.
