Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting providers with efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient care responsibilities, including measuring and recording vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering injections.
- Provide patient education and assist with thyroid biopsies.
- Return calls to patients in a timely manner and document all information in the patient chart.
- Scan and attach documents as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 2 years of experience working in a medical office.
- AHA-American Heart Assoc CPR certification.
