A community healthcare network in New York is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian to join their team in Suffolk County Region. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions with patients and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to connect patients to resources to improve Nutrition quality of life.

Opportunity for full or part time and hybrid/remote work arrangements.

FQHC with a focus on community health.

Responsibilities:

Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients, work with interdisciplinary teams to connect patients to resources, and contribute to the development of nutrition programs.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be a Registered Dietitian accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and in good standing. Experience and interest in counseling patients of multicultural backgrounds a plus; those with connections to local food resources preferred.
