**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Excellence Coordinator to join our team at Pike Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This dynamic role requires a strong background in nursing leadership, with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care.

**Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of patient care, focusing on improved outcomes and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to foster open dialogue and resolve concerns.
* Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of professionalism and continuous learning.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates, applying this knowledge to drive quality improvement initiatives.
* Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge, with a focus on leading-edge technologies and innovative approaches.

**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in quality improvement and leadership.
* Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment is mandatory.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to navigate complex systems and drive results.
* A comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards is essential, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive quality improvement initiatives.
* Experience using electronic health records and other relevant software applications is preferred.
