We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Northeast Family Services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise in the assessment, treatment, and support of individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide family consultations and trainings
- Supervise behavior technicians
- Direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
Requirements:
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field
- Current BCBA certification
- Minimum of two years of related clinical experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
