We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Detail Lead to join our team at Integro Professional Services, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily functions of our detail shop location, ensuring outstanding customer service and work quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, delegate work, and ensure a fair and balanced workload across team members.
- Inventory Management: Communicate with dealership departments to forecast incoming inventory, schedule team members accordingly, and monitor dealership activity to ensure proper equipment and staffing.
- Quality Control: Conduct daily walks around the dealership lot and showroom to inspect work needing completion, ensuring all work is recorded and delegated in the system, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, and coach team members to provide attentive and efficient service to dealers, assess performance, and provide feedback and training opportunities.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure team members follow company policies, processes, and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and adhere to labor cost budgets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive productivity while meeting quality expectations, resolve conflicts or complaints, and ensure the highest level of dealer satisfaction.
- Partnerships and Communication: Build solid partnerships with dealership departments, communicate effectively, and operate with a positive and proactive mindset.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement and getting in and out of vehicles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a detail shop or operations management role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
